Delivery Service: Domestic, International & Gift Delivery
Domestic UK deliveries are safely dispatched using APC (East Kent) or bonded warehouse courier.
Upon fully cleared payment orders are processed for next day delivery or, in accordance with warehouse shipping schedules.
We ship to all UK mainland addresses as standard and can deliver to Scottish Islands, Northern Island, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man on quotation.
Delivery is £20.00 + VAT per standard size bottle unless otherwise stated.
Bond to Bond transfers may incur a small transfer fee which is passed on to the buyer.
Bottles released from bonded storage to UK/EU private customers will be subject to 20% UK VAT and UK Duty.
Duty per standard 75cl bottle: Still wine = £2.23, Sparkling wine = £2.86, Fortified wine = £2.98.

Orders from French and Italian bonded stocks please allow an extra 3-5 working days for customs paperwork completion and inward shipping to the UK.
Bonded items. We can transfer bonded items to your bonded account at EHD, LCB, Seabrook or Octavian, or alternatively we can organise the transfer of your bonded order direct to your outbound shipping agent at Seabrook Export Service, Davies Turner or Connoisseur International Distribution.
For door-to-door international delivery please allow extra time for payment clearance of local taxes due to your customs authority if applicable.
International shipments normally take up to 3-5 working days.
Mainland EU-based customers buying from our EU-based stocks, please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery after cleared payment.
Our shipping quotations are provided at cost.
Shipping insurance 2% of invoice value for wines and 3% of invoice value for spirits.
Bespoke Gift Presentation Delivery:
Service is for delivery to restaurants in the UK, abroad and to Yachting berths in the UK, EU and USA.
Delivery cost, insurance and timescales to be agreed, organised and confirmed in advance.
We make the necessary arrangements with the skipper, sommelier, butler or restaurant/hotel owner.
